ECS (Estate Computer System) is an integrated software specifically designed for companies engaged in the plantation sector, ECS will process all transactions in real time. The data processed includes financial transactions, use of goods, wages, reports the foreman, operating vehicles, weighing FFB, CPO production and finger print attendance. ECS will thus be able to provide complete, accurate and useful for the purposes of financial or management purposes

WAGES MODUL

Weighing Machine

ECS will process the data on wages as in the picture above. Attendance to fill out the form above can be done manually or automatically by linking to attendance machine like the picture beside. The amount of wages per day and premiums can be determined by the personnel, so that personnel will be involved in this system. ECS will thus be able to print a list of wages, Summary of wage and wage slips. Further wage data will be allocated according to the location / block and each type of work, which will ultimately be processed to be block analysis reports, income statements and balance sheets report.

Foreman Daily Reports

Foreman Daily Reports will be processed for the calculation of wages, production reports, calculates the cost per block, allocation of wages as will be the income statement and balance sheet. Foreman Daily Reports made by the foreman each day according to the work and achievements of the workforce who watched.

Production Report

Quantity of the reports above are converted to the production of weighing results and bjr (average weight slender) each sub block. Red is means below target and blue is above the target. With ECS reports can be printed at any time so it will be easier to evaluate of the work in progress.

WEIGHING MODULE

The picture is a weighing machine panel FFB, which connects directly to the ECS, thereby weigh data stored directly in the database without having to re-type by the operator.

• Truck with FFB from Afdeling and outside entrance to the weighing machine.
• Police number, the name of the drive and FFB sources will be input and automaticly stored with the gross quantity.
• Truck go to loading area to be loaded and sorting.
• Truck empty FFB to weighed again, sorted quantity entered and stored to databases.
• Last print weighting ticket given to the driver and archives
• Finish all weighing at afternoon FFB purchase report can be printed immediately.

Online weight monitoring

Who are given permission to this module, they can see the FFB weighing for real time quantity weighed of FFB, CPO, kernel & cangkang etc . We also look at the FFB quantity of site or outsite.

INVOICING MODUL

Easy to make sales invoice as shown above, input the customer code, item code, quantity, currency, unit price ..... completed. Thus we are able to print invoices as well as sales taxes. If the sales transaction using the U.S. dollar (USD) then, a taxes will be using the tax rate. Furthermore, the data will automatically be in the journal by ECS to sales and receivables also well into the sales report, profit & loss statements. If you are using eSPT program from government , no need to input the vat data one by one because the ECS is integrated with eSPT, just transfer than eSPT ready to be printed.

Ledger Editor

Ledger is key to the financial statements, if the ledger is true then certainly financial statements is correct, otherwise if the ledger is bad, certainly one of the financial statements reported will be doubted. Check ledger is the work of the most tedious and wish time, especially while checking items that must balance in every period, but the ECS is not so because the system is have Check Ledger modules that the job will be easy and very enjoyable . Pictured above is a view check ledger.

To create Balance sheet report, may create format and the description by self as shown in the image below. So user can create reports in multiple formats.
